Access Blocked Websites In Colleges/Institutes

This method uses ip address of a website.

1. Open Command Prompt 
2. Just type "Ping website url"
   ex - ping facebook.com

3. Now copy the ip address next to "Ping statistics for"

in above example it is 66.220.149.80 

4. Now paste it to your browser's address bar.
